Cyber-bullying

Cyber-bullying (cyberbullying, online bullying) is the use of electronic information and communication devices such as e-mail, instant messaging, text messages, mobile phones, pagers and defamatory websites to bully or otherwise harass an individual or group through personal attacks or other means, and it may constitute a computer crime..

Cyber bullying is a serious issue that is effecting kids now a days. It is bullying on the Internet. It is a new danger that kids now face. How are we suppose to protect the kids of today?

The information presented in the black text above comes from a science magazine called Science Daily. The relationship between and science and cyber bullying is that it effects a person in different ways. The relationship between cyber bullying and science is how the cyber bullying has to do with technology and the internet. Cyber bullying is bullying through as means of technology devices. It is more deadly then any other bullying that has been put forth in other generations. Cyber bullying victims can suffer from low self-esteem and are left feeling lonely, insecure, and humiliated. Cyber bullying through technology can hurt someone feelings and relates to technology in the way that the message is sent. It can be scary what is said through a technology device and from who it is coming from. Be careful when on the internet.

Cyber bullying is important to talk about. It is a form of bullying and it is on the rise especially with teens. It is a form of bullying that is worst then verbal and physical bullying. This type of bullying can lead someone to commit suicide. It is important for students at a young age to know about cyber bullying. Students should know about the causes, the effects, and the impact that this type of bullying has on students. It is important for parents to also know what is happening with regard to cyber bullying. Cyber bullying is bullying over technology devices and it can come from anyone who has a computer and you may not know who is saying those things about you. The things said can be hurtful and harmful and lead the victim to do distract things to him or herself.

It is important for young students to know. Cyber bullying is this generations's form of bullying. It is said and it relates to the emotions of people which is the scientific factor.

The age group that  I would talk about cyber bullying with  third grade or around the age of 8 years old because students by this age understand what the Internet is and how to use the Internet. It would be talking about the basics of cyber bullying with third grades. I would then have a discussion about cyber bullying especially with fifth and sixth grades which be around the ages of 10 to 12. Parents are going to have to be more protective of what sights their kids go on. Since this type of bullying is happening more and more then physical or verbal bullying. It is important to be aware of what is happening in your child's life.
